Scalorrr is a digital service sold by Scalorrr, operated by Trivex LLP. Nothing is shipped physically.
What you receive, and when
- Right after payment: an on-screen confirmation, and your invoice by email at the address you reserved with.
- Before the public launch on 20 November 2026: your early-access invitation by email, with instructions to sign in to Scalorrr.
- At launch: your reservation amount is adjusted against the Scalorrr plan you choose.
If something doesn’t arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If your invoice hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of paying, or your invitation by the launch date, email support@scalorrr.com and we’ll resend it.
