Scalorrr, operated by Trivex LLP runs scalorrr.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the site or reserve early access, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Reservation details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Payment records: the amount, currency, status and the order and payment IDs that Razorpay gives us. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay handles those.
- Security data: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop abuse (such as repeated automated sign-ups). We don’t store your IP address itself.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
- To create and confirm your reservation and send your invoice.
- To invite you to early access and send launch updates about Scalorrr. You can ask us to stop launch updates at any time.
- To keep accounting records required by law, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site for us: Razorpay (payments), Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting and database) and our email provider (to send invoices). They process data on our behalf. We don’t sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Reservation and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (generally 8 years). Security data is deleted automatically within days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for launch updates, by emailing support@scalorrr.com. We reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (such as invoices) can’t be deleted early.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, stored in Google Cloud with access limited to our server, and payment confirmations are checked cryptographically.
