This policy covers early-access reservations for Scalorrr (₹11 in India, $4 outside India), sold by Scalorrr, operated by Trivex LLP.
Early-access reservations are non-refundable
Once paid, an early-access reservation can’t be cancelled or refunded. You don’t lose the amount: the full reservation amount is adjusted against your Scalorrr plan when you subscribe at launch.
How the adjustment works
- When Scalorrr launches on 20 November 2026, you can choose a plan with the email address you reserved with.
- The amount you paid for the reservation is deducted from your first payment for that plan.
- The adjustment applies once, to the account of the person who reserved, and can’t be exchanged for cash.
Duplicate or failed payments
These are the only cases in which we refund:
- If you were charged more than once for the same seat, we refund the extra payment in full; you don’t need to ask.
- If money left your account but your reservation failed, it is either matched to your reservation or refunded in full.
Such refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We start them within 2 working days; they usually reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
