These terms apply to scalorrr.com and to early-access reservations for Scalorrr, operated by Trivex LLP (“we”, “us”). Scalorrr is marketed and managed by Kohinoorr.in. By using the site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
1. What Scalorrr is
Scalorrr is an AI studio for brands that creates content plans, product films, marketplace-ready listings and SEO material. The full product launches publicly on 20 November 2026.
2. Early-access reservation
- The reservation is a one-time payment of ₹11 for buyers in India and $4 for buyers outside India. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- It reserves an early-access seat: we will invite you to Scalorrr before the public launch, at the email address you give us.
- Plans and prices for Scalorrr itself are announced at launch. The full reservation amount is adjusted against your plan when you subscribe.
- The reservation is non-refundable, except for duplicate or failed payments (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy).
- One reservation per person: each email address and phone number can hold one seat.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A reservation is confirmed only after Razorpay confirms the payment to us; you then receive an invoice by email. If you are charged twice for the same seat, the extra payment is refunded.
4. Your details
You agree to give your real name, a working email address and phone number. We use them as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, bypass its security, scrape it at scale, or make reservations with someone else’s details or payment method without their permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Scalorrr name, logo, the Meow characters, and the site’s design, animation and text belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
7. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to a reservation is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t affect reservations already paid for.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office.
